Serangan Access

Turn into a bumpy road from the ByPass and head to Turtle Island. Pass the smelly garbage depot and just keep going straight until you find yourself in a place that looks like a rocky desert. Go to the beach houses which comes into sight soon.
Locals ask you to pay for passing the bumpy road. Don't pay too much and not too less.
